Today’s appointment was the best experience I have ever had at an OBGYN. I’ve always had anxiety around getting my annual PAP but Kelly was the most welcoming Doctor I have ever worked with. She was so kind and comforting! Thank you for making this experience so smooth for me.

Dr. Castilla is the most thorough, knowledgeable woman's doctor I have had in my 54 years. I left my appointment today feeling so relieved I found my doctor. She answered every question I had and spent time talking to me before the exam to understand my concerns. In this day and age, it seems to get harder and harder to find good care or any care. Dr. Castilla sets the bar. She has an excellent staff supporting her. As Siskal and Ebert would say, two thumbs up!!

I love seeing Dr Helms. I can sense her caring manner and all-around concern for her patient. I have moved fr AZ since I first saw her. I still fly out for my annual visits and see her for my bigger issues.

Dr Castilla is simply amazing, hands down the best gynecologist I’ve ever seen. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, gentle, comforting, and so helpful! All the office staff have been equally wonderful, I highly recommend her and the office!!
